Information you choose to provide
Credit Dispute Education may receive information you voluntarily send by email or through a message prepared by a website form, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, passwords, full account numbers, completed dispute forms, complete credit reports, identity documents, tax returns, medical records, or other highly sensitive documents through standard email.
Credit forms and sensitive identifying information
Credit dispute letters and related forms may require a name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, email address, phone number, account reference, or supporting identity information. Complete those forms on a trusted device. Send final submissions directly to the appropriate credit reporting company, data furnisher, government agency, court, or other official recipient using its current secure portal or documented mailing procedure.
Do not send these records through public forms, standard email, community areas, or the AI Mentor. A signed-in member may upload member-owned or authorized case documents to the private Journey Document Center when they are needed for the member's education, consultation, or agreed Choice support.
Private Journey workspace and document center
Signed-in Foundation members may save a display name, Opportunity Path, goal, learning reflections, next actions, stage progress, and authorized documents. The Document Center accepts supported credit reports, dispute correspondence, identity-verification records, statements, collection or billing records, legal, tax, income, medical supporting records, consultation files, learning materials, and project documents. Uploaded files are stored in private object storage and connected to the member's authenticated email through protected records.
Member files are not public. A member can access their own documents. An assigned Choice advisor may access documents only for the customer they serve. Managers, administrators, and the owner may access files for authorized oversight. Support staff cannot open member documents. Employee and member downloads are recorded in the internal activity history. Members can remove their own uploaded files from the Journey dashboard.
Upload only documents you own or are legally authorized to provide. Never upload passwords, consumer-portal credentials, MFA or recovery codes, complete payment-card numbers, PINs, card security codes, malware, or another person's records without authorization. The application checks allowed file types, matching extensions, basic file signatures, and file size. These controls reduce risk but no website or storage system can promise absolute security.
Purchases and payment information
Purchases may be processed by third-party services such as Stripe or Amazon. Those providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies. Credit Dispute Education does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on this website or in the app.
For paid Foundation memberships, Choice may store the checkout email, Stripe customer and subscription references, membership level, billing type, payment status, and access-period dates needed to activate, renew, expire, or cancel member access. Complete card information remains with Stripe. Members should use the same email for Stripe checkout and their Choice member sign-in.
LUMA AI processing
LUMA questions and limited recent conversation context may be processed through the OpenAI API to generate an answer. Choice sends live text requests with API response storage disabled and does not write prompt or response text into the member CRM, Document Center, or a staff conversation-history dashboard. Provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Voice input may use your browser or device provider’s speech-recognition service, and spoken playback sends LUMA’s response text to an AI text-to-speech provider.
The separate LUMA AI Privacy & Data Use Notice explains providers, conversation state, analytics, voice, training settings, employee access, accidental sensitive submissions, and user choices.
Website and app operation
Our hosting, security, domain, and technical service providers may process limited device, browser, network, diagnostic, and security information needed to deliver and protect the service. The installable app may store selected website files on your device so recently used pages load more reliably.
The website uses encrypted network connections, private storage for approved member files, authenticated member and employee areas, role-based employee permissions, non-public download routes, activity records, private-page cache restrictions, and browser security headers. No website or storage system can promise absolute security.
First-party growth signals
The public website may count a limited set of approved page categories and actions so the Choice team can understand whether people reach useful resources, create Motion™, submit an opportunity request, and create Fuel™. These counts are not unique-person counts and are not used to follow a person across websites.
Identity-free signal records may retain a server timestamp, approved page and action categories, a broad topic or traffic-source bucket, and a coarse mobile/desktop category for up to 90 days. They do not store raw IP addresses, referrers, email addresses, messages, user-agent strings, raw page paths, or cross-site identities, and the private manager view returns counts rather than visitor records. A Fuel™ signal is recorded only after the existing opportunity-intake transaction successfully creates its internal records. Repeat requests with the same email and interest within 24 hours are counted once. This is saved demand, not verified or qualified demand. GAS™ remains reserved for a future verified outcome and is not inferred from clicks or page views. Optional browser measurement is skipped when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
