Review how each product is ordered, delivered, licensed, and supported before you purchase.
Orders placed on Amazon are processed, paid, shipped, returned, and supported under Amazon's checkout information and applicable policies. Direct, signed-copy, and larger-quantity availability must be confirmed with us before payment.
Digital orders use secure Stripe-hosted checkout. Delivery instructions are provided after payment review using the email associated with the order. Check spam or promotions folders. If expected access does not arrive, contact us with the purchaser name, order email, and receipt or payment-confirmation number. Never send full card details.
Each individual template, digital kit, and bundle uses its matching secure Stripe checkout. Electronic delivery has no shipping charge. Delivery instructions are normally provided after successful payment confirmation, generally within zero to one business day. Each purchased package includes the formats described on its product page. Do not include dispute facts, reports, identification, Social Security numbers, or account numbers in an order-support request.
Consultation prices vary by session length and scope. Submit an account-based request first. Price, availability, scheduling, and any rescheduling terms are confirmed before payment. Sessions provide general education only and do not include legal advice, credit repair, document submission, or representation. Review and affirm the Educational Consultation Agreement when requesting a session.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital book, template, kit, and bundle purchases are final once delivery or access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will review and correct duplicate charges, incorrect or incomplete files, corrupted files, and access or delivery failures. Contact us promptly with enough order information to locate the transaction. A cancellation request received before digital delivery may be reviewed individually.
Unless written terms state otherwise, digital books and templates are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. They may not be shared, copied for others, posted publicly, resold, redistributed, or used to provide services to third parties.
Veterans receive 10% off direct products and educational services. Request the discount before purchasing. The discount does not change third-party marketplace prices controlled by another seller or platform.
Products explain credit and consumer-reporting topics. They do not guarantee deletions, score increases, financing, housing, employment, debt outcomes, or investigation timelines. Customers complete, verify, and submit their own documents and decisions.
Voluntary community support is processed through a dedicated Stripe-hosted checkout and is separate from books, templates, memberships, and consulting. It does not purchase goods or services, ownership, equity, repayment rights, investment returns, employment, preferred access, or a guaranteed outcome. Support is not represented as tax deductible at this time. If you make a duplicate or erroneous payment, contact us promptly with the order email and Stripe receipt number so the request can be reviewed. Never send complete card details.
Explorer is free. Foundation Plus is $19 each month and Foundation Pro is $49 each month when the recurring option is selected. The recurring option renews automatically at that monthly price until canceled. The separate one-payment options are $190 for Plus or $490 for Pro and provide 12 months of access without automatic renewal. Before recurring checkout, you must affirm the exact renewal terms with an unchecked control. To cancel online, sign in and choose My Choice Account → Membership & Billing Help → Manage or Cancel Membership. Stripe will show the effective date before confirmation. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access may continue through the period already paid, and the current paid period is not retroactively refunded except where required by law. Membership fees do not guarantee credit improvement, income, employment, funding, approval, sales, or another outcome.
