CLEAR TERMS · INFORMED CHOICE

Terms of Service and Account Agreement

The rules for using CreditDisputeEducation.com, Choice accounts, educational products, memberships, consultations, and LUMA.

Effective date and version: August 14, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Choice Credit Education LLC, a United Capital Investment Group company, operating CreditDisputeEducation.com and related Choice Education experiences (collectively, “Choice,” “we,” or “the service”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using a signed-in service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or purchase. Provide accurate registration information, use your own email, protect your password, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Education and self-help scope

Choice provides general education, publications, blank self-help materials, organization tools, community learning, and limited educational consulting. Choice does not act as your lawyer, lender, financial adviser, tax professional, credit bureau, furnisher, debt collector, or credit-repair representative. Choice does not contact reporting companies, furnishers, collectors, creditors, or lenders for you; submit disputes for you; log in to your consumer accounts; or promise a deletion, score change, approval, investigation result, or timeline.

You decide whether information is accurate, verify every fact, complete documents in your own words where appropriate, and submit your own communications directly to the official recipient. Accurate negative information should not be disputed merely because it is unfavorable.

Truthful and lawful use

You may not use the service to make a knowingly false dispute, fabricate identity theft, hide material facts, create or use a synthetic identity or CPN, misuse an EIN to conceal personal credit history, impersonate another person or professional, access another person’s account, submit records without authority, introduce malware, evade access controls, or interfere with the service. You may not ask an employee or LUMA to perform those acts.

LUMA and AI-generated information

LUMA is an AI educational mentor. Her responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and are not legal, financial, lending, tax, employment, medical, or credit-repair advice. Verify important information with the linked primary or official source and use a qualified professional when the issue requires individualized advice. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, complete credit reports, identity documents, payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. The LUMA AI Privacy & Data Use Notice explains processing and retention.

Products and personal-use licenses

Unless a written offer says otherwise, digital books, templates, workbooks, and kits are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. You may not publish, share, resell, redistribute, remove ownership notices, or use the files to provide services to other people. Purchasing a blank template does not mean Choice evaluated your facts or recommended that you submit a dispute.

Educational consultations

Consultations are governed by the Educational Consultation Agreement. A session may explain terminology, official resources, general processes, record organization, and information commonly included in a consumer communication. It does not include individualized legal advice, a determination that an account should be deleted, selection of a false dispute reason, drafting or submitting a dispute for you, representation, or a promised result.

Membership billing, renewal, and cancellation

Explorer is free. A one-payment 12-month membership does not renew automatically. A monthly Foundation Plus or Pro membership renews at the price and frequency shown before checkout until canceled. Before recurring checkout, you must affirmatively accept the displayed renewal terms.

To stop a recurring renewal, sign in and open My Choice Account → Membership & Billing Help → Manage or Cancel Membership. Complete the cancellation before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. It does not retroactively refund the current period except where required by law or stated in a written offer. Review the Purchase, Membership, Delivery & Refund Information before payment.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Stripe, Amazon, or another identified provider may process payment. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and delivery details shown at checkout are part of your purchase. Digital products are generally final after delivery or access, subject to applicable law and the remedies described in the Purchase Policy for duplicate charges, incorrect files, corruption, or delivery failures.

Your documents and authorization

Upload only records you own or are legally authorized to provide and only when needed for an agreed educational or support purpose. Do not upload passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card credentials, malware, or unrelated records. You retain ownership of your documents and grant Choice a limited permission to store, secure, retrieve, review, and delete them only as needed to provide, protect, and administer the requested service. The Sensitive Information Protection Standard explains current controls.

Intellectual property and feedback

The site design, original text, publications, templates, LUMA presentation, marks, and program materials are owned by or licensed to Choice and are protected by applicable law. You may use public pages for personal, noncommercial learning. If you voluntarily suggest an improvement, you allow Choice to consider and use the general idea without publishing your identity or confidential records.

Third-party resources and service availability

Links to government agencies, reporting companies, marketplaces, payment providers, and other organizations are provided for convenience and verification. Those organizations control their own services and policies. Choice may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue features, but will not retroactively change a completed purchase in a way prohibited by law.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions by credit bureaus, furnishers, collectors, creditors, lenders, employers, courts, government agencies, payment providers, or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice’s aggregate liability arising from a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid Choice for that product or service during the preceding 12 months. This limit does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

Choice may limit or terminate access for fraud, unlawful activity, threats, abuse, repeated policy violations, unauthorized access, nonpayment, or material risk to users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or data assistance under the Privacy Policy. Sections that logically survive termination—including licenses, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and lawful recordkeeping—remain in effect.

Applicable law and required service-specific documents

Maryland law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not replace any disclosure, written contract, cooling-off period, cancellation form, service-timing rule, payment restriction, or other document that applicable law requires for a particular offering. If a separate required agreement applies, it will be provided before that service and will control where it conflicts with these Terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and presented for renewed acceptance when required. Questions may be sent to author@creditdisputeeducation.com. Do not include sensitive credit or identity records.

No provision waives a right or remedy that applicable law says cannot be waived.
