Private member access
The Journey workspace requires sign-in. Members can list, download, and remove only the files connected to their own authenticated account.
PRIVACY FIRST · PROTECTION BY DESIGN
Choice members can keep authorized credit, identity, dispute, financial, consultation, and progress documents in a private account with role-based employee access and recorded downloads.
THE CURRENT CHOICE STANDARD
The member chooses what authorized documents to upload. Files are not public and are connected to the signed-in member's record. Only the member, an assigned advisor, and selected Choice managers, administrators, or the owner may access them. Support staff cannot open member files.
The Journey workspace requires sign-in. Members can list, download, and remove only the files connected to their own authenticated account.
Member documents are kept in private object storage and retrieved through authenticated, non-public download routes.
Assigned advisors can open files only for customers they serve. Managers, administrators, and the owner can provide authorized oversight. Support staff cannot open member files.
Member and authorized employee downloads create activity records connected to the private Choice system.
Uploads are limited to supported document and image formats, a 10 MB maximum, matching extensions, and basic file-signature checks.
Private pages use no-store rules, search-engine blocking, framing protection, restrictive browser permissions, and additional security headers.
A SAFER CREDIT-FORM PATH
Names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, emails, phone numbers, and account references may be required by the official organization receiving a credit form. Choice does not need to receive that completed form.
Purchase or access the educational file without entering dispute facts or identity records into the website.
Enter required personal information privately. Avoid public computers, shared email accounts, and public Wi-Fi.
Use the official credit bureau, furnisher, government, or court website to confirm the current address and procedure.
Submit through the recipient's current secure portal or documented mailing method. Choice does not submit a dispute or official form for you.
If the document is needed for your consultation or agreed Choice support, upload it only through your signed-in private Document Center—not standard email or a public form.
NEVER UPLOAD OR SEND THESE ITEMS
Use the private Document Center for authorized case records. Never place private documents in public forms, community areas, standard email, or the AI Mentor. Use a neutral filename and remove unrelated information when practical.
THE PRIVATE DOCUMENT CENTER TODAY
The current Document Center uses private storage, member ownership checks, employee role and assignment rules, non-public downloads, file validation, and activity records. Choice will continue reviewing retention, access, incident-response, and security controls as the service grows. No online system can promise absolute security.
